I place love-offering envelopes in the chairs in The Feast Center– this is one small way I serve Wednesday Feast Alabang, our community. Breast cancer will not stop me from serving.
I’m inspired by many of our servants who continue to serve despite life’s difficulties. Kuya Dan continues to lead and serve despite the brain aneurysm he experienced some years ago. Our builder, Bro Oying continues to preach and lead the community despite psoriasis.
Trust God as you face your storm. It strips away ego and the need for control and recognition.
I was once a people- pleaser. But after many years of God’s corrections and faithfulness, I realized that His grace is all I need to be able to perfect every small and imperfect offering.
To serve Jesus in unnoticeable ways, despite life’s storms, is to walk in His footsteps. Jesus didn’t just serve in the miracles. He served in the Garden through agony and pain.
It is a reminder that every small act of love, every moment of quiet faithfulness, every prayer uttered by tired intercessors– these are fragrant offerings rising to heaven.
It may go unnoticed by the world, but it is seen, valued, and cherished by the One we serve.
So, say YES to God, in whatever He wants you to do, regardless of your situation.
