ACTS in 30 Days | Day 26-30

Categories: Devotionals

Day 26: Paul’s belief that there will be a resurrection was connected to his specific trust in the resurrection of Jesus after his death on the cross. May the grace of the risen Christ inspire us to stand on His promises and trust on His plans for our lives.

For today, we encourage you to:

1) Read Acts 24. (http://bit.ly/Acts24GNT)

2) Reflect and take down notes.

3) End your reading by praying Psalm 26. (http://bit.ly/Psalm26GNT)

Day 27: Today’s chapter shows Paul’s passion and boldness about spreading the Gospel. He was willing to face anything — even death. May we catch on to this kind of passion so we can change ourselves and the world.

For today, we encourage you to:

1) Read Acts 25. (http://bit.ly/Acts25GNT)

2) Reflect and take down notes.

3) End your reading by praying Psalm 27. (http://bit.ly/Psalm27GNT)

Day 28: In the Acts chapter today, Paul declared his continued trust in the gospel of Jesus Christ. He did not retreat from his stand one inch, despite his long imprisonment for the sake of the gospel. We’re down to last few days of our Acts in 30 Days prayer devotions. Please continue to open your heart to the anointing of the Holy Spirit.

For today, we encourage you to:

1) Read Acts 26. (http://bit.ly/Acts26GNT)

2) Reflect and take down notes.

3) End your reading by praying Psalm 28. (http://bit.ly/Psalm28GNT)

Day 29: Paul believed God when there was nothing else to believe. He couldn’t believe the sailors, the ship, the sails, the wind, the centurion, human ingenuity or anything else – only God. He believed God in the midst of the storm, when circumstances were at their worst. The storm and the danger were real, but God was more real to Paul than the dreadful circumstances.

For today, we encourage you to:

1) Read Acts 27. (http://bit.ly/Acts27GNT)

2) Watch this final video in our Acts series.

3) Reflect and take down notes.

4) End your reading by praying Psalm 29. (http://bit.ly/Psalm29GNT)

Day 30: “Now, at the very end of the book, the apostle comes to Rome. Thus Jesus’ prophecy that his disciples would be his witnesses ‘to the ends of the earth’ is fulfilled.”
