Ito ang top disease sa buong mundo.
Madami nang pagaaral ang mga scientist tugkol sa sakit na ‘to. May mga medical advances na din naman. Pero konti pa lang nalalaman natin tungkol sa sakit na ‘to.
Lumalaban currently ang misis ko sa cancer. Mahirap itong kalaban.
Para kaming nasa gyera.
Sabi ni Sun Tzu sa librong ‘The Art of War’, “knowing your enemy is half the battle won”.
Sa tulong ng mga doctor at mga kaibigan, mas nauunawaan na namin ang problema, at mga challenges na kasama nito.
Sabi ni Sun Tzu, para magtagumpay ka sa isang gyera,
1. Kailangan mong makilala at nauunawaan ang kalaban mo. Alam namin ang weakness ng kalaban. Asukal. When you deprive it of sugar, it will shrink. Pero ang hirap na tanggalin completely ang sugar sa diet mo.
2. Kailangan mo nga strategy. We decided to take the side of medical science, and not the ‘alternative’ way. Pero ang consequence nito ay hihina ang immune system mo, when you undergo chemotherapy.
This is the ‘other half’ of our strategy against cancer.
The other half of the battle?
1. We kindly ask for your prayers. Join us in storming heaven with our prayers. I believe there is power in our shared hope and faith.
2. We surrender to Jesus, knowing Jesus is our great physician, powerful healer, and Lord of all.
We believe and trust that God cares for what we care about. That God is compassionate and loving beyond measure.
