While thinking about what to write for my GOTO article, I said to myself, “Pπ‘Žπ‘Ÿπ‘Žπ‘›π‘” π‘Žπ‘›π‘” π‘‘π‘Žπ‘šπ‘– 𝑛𝑔 π‘›π‘Žπ‘ π‘Žπ‘π‘– 𝑛𝑔 π‘–π‘π‘Ž, π‘šπ‘’π‘Ÿπ‘œπ‘› π‘π‘Ž π‘π‘Ž π‘ π‘–π‘™π‘Žπ‘›π‘” π‘”π‘’π‘ π‘‘π‘œπ‘›π‘” π‘šπ‘Žπ‘Ÿπ‘–π‘›π‘–π‘”? “

Then, as if God Himself gave me a nudge, I started thinking about our failures and uncertainties in life. Most of the time, people talk about successβ€”the good, the admirable, the positive.

Sometimes, we just let the wind carry away our sighs and questions.

We show only one cheek, hiding the other that’s secretly damp with tears of pain, failure, or disappointment.

Nagiging toxic ba tayong tao when we show our vulnerabilities? Less of a Christian believer ba tayo pag may doubts tayo about the future?

These are just some of the questions that echo in my mind at times. Questions that I humbly lay before God, so He can shape my frame of mind.

I believe that being true to where we stand at a given season of our lives is not weakness.

It is only being humanβ€” to allow God to be God, always seeking the wisdom and grace from the Holy Spirit.

May we see things from God’s perspective and find meaning in what we sometimes think is craziness or nothingness. So He can quiet the storms that rage in our heads.
