While having breakfast, I had the chance to have a conversation with my sister, Ima. She was my leader way back in our youth ministry days, and she told me how she missed preaching and leading worship.
She told me how many times God gives her an insight even on ordinary things that she experiences every day.
“Alam mo yung feeling na sinasamahan ko lang si Mordy (her grandson) manood ng cartoons, and Somehow God speaks to me or tulad nung kantang ‘Come what may’ ng Air Supply.” Ima said, “Yeah, what about it?” I asked.
“Feeling ko kasi parang yun yung relationship namin ni Lord.”
And she narrated the part of the song that she was talking about.

“When I thought that my dreams were dead, they are still alive in God’s eyes.” She narrated
And she continued, “I looked at the things I wrote in my Novena To God’s love and I see that most of them came true while the rest are still a work in progress.
Come what may… God has our dreams in His hands, and when you think that they have slipped through your fingers, there they are shining in His hand, ready to give it to you in His own beautiful time.
