DO YOU HEAR THE WIND? | Getting To Know The Holy Spirit

FEAST TALK SERIES for MAY- JUNE 2025

Welcome to our brand new series, Do You Hear The Wind?  For four weeks, we’ll explore the mysterious, less understood third Person of the Trinity—The Holy Spirit.

Talk 1: Come Holy Spirit

We often pray to God the Father and God the Son.. but the Holy Spirit? That’s reserved for when we have our Baptism, our Confirmation, and Exorcism.  But there is more to the Holy Spirit than an occasional need. The Holy Spirit has been there from the start, here with us in every moment, present in each of our tomorrows. What really is the Holy Spirit then? 🕊️ Join us this Wednesday as we unpack our brand new series, Do You Hear the Wind?

Talk 2: Spirit Field People

God’s Spirit is our oxygen – the air in our lungs that keeps us alive, the breath that gives us the power to do great things for God. But what if God takes away His spirit from us? What if we suddenly lose His presence in our lives? What if we can no longer hear the wind by which He speaks? We Are Spirited People – we are meant to flourish in the presence of God. This coming Wednesday, let us get to know more about the Holy Spirit as we continue with Talk 2 of our series.

Talk 3: Spirit-Filled Jesus

Feeling lost, tired, or unsure? You need the Helper. This Wednesday, we will dive into Talk 3: Spirit-Filled Jesus. Let’s rediscover the Holy Spirit — our Helper, Comforter, Counselor, and constant Companion. Whatever season you’re in, He’s right there beside you.

Talk 4: Spirit Filled Church

Can a broken Church still bring heaven to earth? With all its flaws, why does God still believe in us? Because the Church isn’t just a place: it’s People. It’s you and me, empowered by the Holy Spirit to love, serve, and rise. We’ll reflect on: What the Church truly is. Who gave it life. How it looks when it’s led by the Spirit, not ego Whether you’ve ever felt disillusioned by the Church or deeply loved by it, this space is for you. Come as you are. Bring a friend. Let the Spirit meet you where you are.
